Nutrition Smart Return Policy is as follows:
“Customers must leave return product(s) with original receipt at Customer Service Desk or with cashier at the register before entering store to shop.
We will gladly refund or exchange any product within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. The type of credit given is determined by the method of payment used:
Paid Cash…Get Cash Back
Paid Debit…Get Credit on Original Card
Paid Credit Card…Get Credit on Original Card
Paid with Check…
Within 10 days of purchase…Get Store Credit
After 10 days of purchase…Get Cash Back
Nutrition Smart cannot accept returns on expired products, clearance items, special orders, essential oils, makeup or hair and bath brushes.
We do not offer returns/exchanges for products without a valid receipt.”
Customers who are returning and/or exchanging products purchased at Nutrition Smart must first check in at the Customer Service Desk or with a Cashier at the register to leave the product(s) and receipt there prior to entering the store to shop.
If the product is unopened and resellable, Cashier will process the return without filling out a Customer Return Form and the product will be put back in its place on the shelf.
If the product is opened or unsellable, the Cashier will fill out a Customer Return Form with the required customer information, the item description, UPC, reason for return, the Cashier name and the date of the return.
The Cashier will call for a manager or shift supervisor to enter their manager code to process the return. The cashier will briefly explain to manager or shift supervisor the nature of the return and how it will be processed (i.e. “this opened probiotic did not agree with the gentleman, I am returning it as a credit to the card on the receipt”) Manager or shift supervisor must approve and witness the return until the transaction is completed.
Cashier will process a return by refunding the purchase price based on the method of payment used for the original purchase, for example, if the purchase is made by credit card then the refund will be credited back to the card used for the purchase. Credit will be issued ONLY on the original credit card used for the transaction. Should the original card not be available, customer will be issued a store credit.
The Cashier will hold the product(s) to be exchanged, together with the original receipt, at the Customer Service Desk while the customer retrieves the replacement item. Once the customer returns to the Customer Service Desk the transaction will be completed and the customer will either receive a credit or pay for any price difference.
Nutrition Smart does not accept returns on:
– Expired products
– Clearance Items
– Special orders
– Essential oils
– Hair or bath brushes
