Online Ordering FAQ

We’re partnered with Mercato so you can shop for your favorite Nutrition Smart products online for in-store/curbside pickup or local delivery to your home or office.

Why can’t I order a product online that is sold in the store?

While we aren’t able to include our entire inventory at this time, nearly 90% is available! We are continuously working to increase this.

How does ‘replacement items’ work?

Many of our vendors have been experiencing high out of stock rates and there could be items that are not currently in stock. However, we normally carry more than one brand of an item type which could be in stock. Please select “choose the best replacements” on your online order and our team will make sure to fulfill your order as best they can. You can also choose for us to call you and confirm everything before we finalize the order.

That picture shows a different packaging than I remember, is this the same?

Some of the photos you see online may not look like the products you purchase in the store but rest assured that they ARE the same products. We will be updating photography on an ongoing basis.

Are online prices the same? What about sale items?

Currently our regular base price of an item is the same online as they are in the store. Right now, we are not able to offer sale prices on the website.  We hope to be able to run sales and promotions at some point in the future (hopefully sooner rather than later).

Can I use coupons?

We cannot accept any coupons at for our online service.

Will I receive promotional or sale pricing?

Currently, we are not able to offer promotional or sale pricing through our online orders. We are, however, working towards offering in-store promotional and sales pricing in the near future to the website. Additionally, we are not able to give rainchecks on promotional items that are out of stock.

Can I still get my senior discount or my first responder discount on the website?

Unfortunately, we are not able to process any senior or first responder discounts right now on our online platform.

Do I have to do home delivery?

No! You can choose to pick up your order in store or request curbside pickup for no additional fee. If you choose to pick up curbside, we ask you to call the store when you arrive at the designated time, and we will bring the order out to you.

Can orders be paid for with WIC, SNAP, or EBT?

We are not currently able to accept payment by WIC, SNAP, or EBT. There are limitations on how these payment mechanisms can be used that we do not control. All WIC, SNAP, and EBT payments must be made in the store.

How can I pay for my order?

Currently we are only able to accept credit or debit payments which are processed through Mercato.

How will my order be picked and packed?

Your order will be picked by a staff member wearing personal protection equipment. It will then be packed into our grocery bags, separated by perishable items that require refrigeration and items that do not. Perishable and frozen items will be stored in coolers while awaiting pickup.

How do I select the items that are sold by weight?

You will be able to increase and adjust weight through pre-set increments.

What is the return policy?

No returns or exchanges – all sales are final once payment is received.

Anything else I should know?

Home Delivery is managed by a third party, Mercato and is subject to additional fees.
